What we collect
When you request an appointment, Mervic Signatures collects the contact, service, date, location and preparation information needed to review and manage your request. If you choose to upload an inspiration image, it is collected only to understand the look you want.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your request, assess availability, prepare a quotation, manage payment and appointment communication, provide the service, maintain appropriate records and request feedback after the appointment.
Inspiration images
Uploaded inspiration images are stored privately and are visible only within the protected Mervic booking workspace. They are not used to train an AI model, create an AI face preview or alter your face or body. You may request deletion by contacting Mervic Signatures.
Optional permissions
Marketing emails and permission to publish photographs or video are optional, recorded separately and can be withdrawn. Refusing either permission does not affect your booking or service.
Service providers and security
Trusted technology providers help operate the website, private storage and email delivery. Access to owner tools is restricted. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the booking, legal, accounting and service purposes for which it was collected.
Your choices
